Allana was a player for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then suffered consecutive injuries to her knees, which forced Allana to retire from the field. The Australian returned to the cricket after some time. Allana was the first to play in a women's rugby union game that was played with New South Wales in 2013 and she was the star of that match against Queensland.
